I earned my Doctorate in Business Administration, conducting a formal research study focused on customer experience management in automotive dealerships in Puerto Rico—integrating data, customer behavior, and strategy to drive measurable impact on satisfaction and loyalty.

I founded PR Networking as a purpose-driven initiative rooted in virtual volunteering, supporting organizations. Today, it has evolved into a consulting platform and professional networking ecosystem, dedicated to connecting individuals, empowering entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, and helping organizations elevate their service experience from the inside out.
